Another Unsolicited Letter

To Whom It May Concern:

I just had to write and tell you how much I love my ISV of the NT. I have been waiting for a translation like this for 30 years.

I have been a Christian for 30 years and have had just about every translation out there, trying to find one I felt "at home" with. The two that I went back and forth with were the NIV and the NAS. I never was really happy with either one. Yesterday I picked up a copy of the ISV and [reading] it was like my spirit confirming "this is it!" I haven't been able to put it down.

To me, the KJV is majestic but I can't relate [to it]. Now with the ISV, I have majestic and I can relate to it.

I immediately took my NIV and NAS and compared how they read with the ISV. And I have to tell you how much I love and prefer the ISV. I can't wait for the OT to come out.

You and all involved are to be commended. I praise God for you and your work.
